Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size guide or reach out before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

 

Processing & Shipping:

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during high-volume launches or holidays. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us via email within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements.

 

Intellectual Property:

All content, including images, branding, and product names, belong to Swim by Xio and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
